Pack 55 Handbook This is a 40-pg booklet that describes Scouting at Pack 55.
Last revised in Aug 2005.
Pack 55 Bylaws Bylaws of the Pack Committee (the governing body for Pack 55).
Last revised in Aug 2005.

Here are some BSA forms that may be useful.

Medical form - Class 1 This medical form is needed when visiting
  Camp Bovay & other BSA camps for weekend events.
The Class 1 form does not need a doctor's exam.
Medical form - Class 1 & 2 The Class 2 portion requires a doctor's visit,
  and is needed for some BSA resident camps.
The Class 3 form (below) is a substitute for the
  Class 1 & 2 forms.
Medical form - Class 3 The Class 3 form requires a medical examination
  and is required for many high adventure activities.
Having this form will also satisfy requirement for
  having a Class 1 or Class 2 form.
Age Appropriate Guidelines Guidelines as to which activities are appropriate for boys of which age.
Cub Scout Info Sheet General description of BSA's Cub Scout program.
Den Advancement Report Tracking sheet for rank advancement within each Den.
Individual Cub Scout Record Sheet to track the advancement of each individual boy.
Uniforms for Cubs & Webelos Guideline for the boys' uniforms and the proper placement of patches.

Uniforms for Male Leaders Guideline for the proper uniform for male leaders.

Registration forms for training events are located with the description of each
   event at the Golden Arrow District website (www.goldenarrow.org).

Most of these documents and forms are are in PDF format and require you
   to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on you PC in order to view or print.
That software is free and can be downloaded from www.adobe.com.
